Loose fitting dress, mid-calf or evening length, has v-neckline, front button and self loop closing, blouson bodice, hemline ruffle and full, full length sleeves gathered at cap and into narrow button and self loop cuffs. Self belt has button and soutache loop closing. Loose fitting self lined-to-edge vest, above-waist length, has front opening (will not meet at center front), shaped neckline, cutaway armholes and shaped hemline. Purchased braid trim. vogue 1804 size 10.. vest is shortened. partly cut cut to shorter length, checked out all accounted for.. bust 32.5 inches. use crisp or soft fabrics..
