SKIRT IS CUT ONLY PARTLY CUT CHECKED OUT OK, SKIRT IS AT SHORTENED. that one is last to go.. vest, top and skirt. very loose fit unlined below hip vest has standing collar, self bias binding, low armholes, welt pockets, shaped hemline and cap sleeves.. very loose fit below hip top has shaped bands, shoulder pads, drop shoulders, shoulder tucks, low armholes, pockets, back pleats, lower band, long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs..
